Since the day that Joseph J. Joyce, Sr. first opened the door in 1955, Joyce Insurance Group has been providing personal and business asset protection to thousands of Pennsylvanians. Now, in our 53rd year of operation, John Joyce, Joe Joyce, Jr. and Bill Joyce are proud to commemorate an era gone by and continue a family tradition.

The New World of Insurance

Our roots are planted firmly and our desire to stay ahead of the competition grows. We continually try to find ways to improve efficiency and technology. We are involved in several organizations that consult with our agency and recommend new ideas and solutions to existing challenges. In addition, we participate in numerous technologies and insurance related conferences and training seminars and represent a wide range of carriers... from AIG to Zurich.

Over the past several years, we have reorganized our infrastructure and streamlined our procedures. Workflow, paperless documentation and automated processing have relied heavily on our state of the art computer and agency management systems.

Geared for Service

Recently, we have introduced two new service programs designed to reduce risk variables and coverage gaps - Advantage 365 and 360˚ Protection. Advantage 365 is a commercial lines program that utilizes the efforts of the Business Insurance Consultant, Loss Control Consultant and Commercial Risk Manager. 360˚ Protection is a personal lines program that utilizes the efforts of Personal Risk Manager and Service Processor teams.

Both programs work on a 365-day timeline, address a comprehensive product line and analyze the variables that may change insurance coverage: risk elimination, risk reduction, risk transfer or risk assumption. As a result, gaps are closed and the cost of insurance may be considerably reduced. This provides the best price and the most complete coverage. It’s customer service at its best!
